USA Swimming Clubs and LSC All-Star groups have the opportunity to train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs (6350 ft. elevation).

When space is available, the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs provides housing, meals and a 50 meter pool to qualified swim teams and their coaches. Applications are available from Cindy Hayes at USA Swimming headquarters.

Please note the below rules and restrictions:

• All athletes must be a minimum of 12 years old..
• Each group must be accompanied by at least one certified USS coach, and there must be at least one staff member for each ten athletes.
• Applications should be submitted at least six months, preferably one year, prior to training dates requested. Please understand that the training facilities in Colorado Springs are shared by athletes from 37 sports and, as a result, requests for training during peak demand periods -- Spring, Summer and Christmas break -- are less likely to be approved.
• Approval is granted according to a strict priority system with National Team programs and elite athletes given preference.
