As a benefit of membership, USA Swimming offers multiple conferences, clinics and workshops for coaches each year. The flagship clinics for coaches are the Regional Coaches Clinics.

Additionally we have other clinics and conferences that that might be right for you. Follow the links below for more information.

Online Coach Clinics

USA Swimming and American Swim Coaches Association present the Online Clinic Series. The OCS is a way for coaches to supplement exisiting education opportunities and hear from a range of speakers throughout the year. If you cannot attend the webinar live, we will always post a recording for you to view at your leisure after the clinic.

REGIONAL COACH CLINICS

USA Swimming's Club Development Division offers regional coaching clinics at a variety of sites throughout the year. These clinics aim to help coaches improve their skills without breaking the bank on travel! Check out the Coaching Clinics page to see all of USA Swimming's upcoming Coaching Clinic opportunities.

For $60 one coach can attend, or, for only $120 an entire staff can attend the clinic. Look for a clinic near you soon.

CLUB LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SCHOOL

IT'S FOR ALL CLUBS

What makes a good swim club? Leadership, shared team philosophy, cohesive coaching staff, board and parent support, organization, solid financial plan, and overall teamwork. Learn about all of these at an upcoming Club Leadership and Business Management School. Topics include mission and vision, roles and responsibilities, finances, evaluation and customer service. Courses are taught by USA Swimming staff members with plenty of time for questions and discussions.

BUILD A POOL CONFERENCES

PLAN IT - PROGRAM IT - DESIGN IT

The 2013 Regional Build-a-Pool Conference series offers a comprehensive education in building, renovating and programming new and existing facilities. USA Swimming member clubs and private and public organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this educational resource. These one or one and a half day events are conducted by our Facilities Development Department staff.
