USA Swimming will host a Diversity Summit at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs from November 12-15, 2009. 

The focus of this year’s Diversity Summit will be on constructive ways to impact diversity efforts in the LSC. Participants will hear from outside speakers and share ideas already implemented in several LSCs. They will be asked to develop meaningful plans for their LSCs.
