Freestyle: Sprinters and Body Line

When we think about freestyle a lot of emphasis is placed on the arms and the legs. While these four appendages are necessary for forward movement, the position of the body in the water is often overlooked. Some of the best sprinters in the world have gained that title because of their ability to stay streamlined while moving their arms and legs.
