Senior Manager, International Operations

The Senior Manager, International Operations is responsible for managing all operational elements of international competition for the National Team Division. This position will work with the Director, National Team Operations, to provide the highest level of logistical support for international competitions. The Senior Manager, International Operations will work to develop strong working relationships with elite coaches, athletes, volunteers, and representatives from international organizations.

 

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits

Manager, National Junior Team Ops

 

The Manager, National Junior Team Operations, is responsible for managing all logistical and administrative elements of international and domestic events for the National Junior Team (NJT). This position will work with the Director, National Junior Team, and the National Team (NT) Division staff to provide the highest level of logistical support for NJT and NT international and domestic events. Additionally, this position will work to develop strong working relationships with elite coaches, athletes, and volunteers. 

 

 

Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually.

Manager, Open Water

The primary responsibility of the Manager, Open Water, is to support the Open Water National Team (NT) and National Junior Team (NJT) athletes and coaches by providing a high level of services and programming. This position is also tasked with supporting the grassroots development of open water swimming within the United States by working with coaches, officials, and race directors to ensure that open water events, training, and clinics are held in a safe and productive manner.

 

Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 + benefits
