RESUMING PRIOR TEST INSTRUCTIONS
The information for the online test signup does not automatically link to your account so please complete all of the signup information.
You can start and stop as many times as you wish before submitting your completed test. Click "Save and Restart Later" after any question to exit, then simply click "Resume" in the "Options" box on the opening page to continue working. You can start where you left off by entering the actual question number in the "Go" box.
The system automatically saves each answer anytime you click on the "Next" or "Previous" button. If you find that you are timed out on a page and cannot continue or encounter any other problems:
- sign on again
- go to the Online Testing & Certification Page and click on the test you are taking (or return to this page if you have bookmarked it)
- click on "Resume" test
- use the "Go" box to enter the last question number that you were working on
- you will have "lost" the question that you were working on but everything else is saved!
In order to return directly to the test, bookmark this page in your browser!
"System Deleted" message in your Prior Test box refers to a test that was started but not completed before the online tests were deactivated for annual updates during the period of April 15th to May 1st.
