Shana Ferguson, current Chief Operating Officer and former Chief Commercial Officer, now serves as interim CEO for USA Swimming and the USA Swimming Foundation.
A former collegiate swimmer at the United States Naval Academy and a long-time sports industry executive, Shana Ferguson brought an unparalleled level of outside experience to both 501c3 organizations when she arrived in 2019. Following a decade with performance sportswear giant Under Armour as the Head of Global Experiential Marketing, Head of Global Corporate Social Responsibility, and Head of Marketing for UA Canada, Shana also spent time as Vice President of Integrated Marketing & Communications at Icahn Automotive Group, an automotive aftermarket conglomerate.
Shana is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and spends her free time volunteering for veteran service organizations and training for triathlons with her husband Matt.
