Jill Bornstein, ACC is the Founder of Upnext Leadership Coaching. She is an Executive Coach and Senior Leader with over 25 years of experience. Her background as a finance executive at General Electric, co - founder and CFO of Inspiring Comfort, elected community leader, and President of several non-profit boards developed her competencies as a successful growth accelerator, business strategist, team champion, connector, and partnership builder. She specializes in developing new managers and leaders, new executives and start-up entrepreneurs who have exciting, important or daunting goals so they can achieve them and soar in an environment that supports, develops, and leads to purposeful and positive performance. She draws from her wealth of experience to guide her clients, creating individualized roadmaps to methodically help each reach their individual leadership goals, develop emotional IQ, and have a positive impact on their teams and businesses.

She has been passionately involved in the sport of swimming for the past 15 years as a supportive mom of her son AJ, who currently swims for the University of Michigan, as a board member at the Ridgefield Aquatic Club, Ridgefield CT for 8 years in such roles as President, Vice President and Treasurer and as a USA Swim official for 7 years. Through her various roles she has seen the positive impact the sport of swimming has on children at all levels. She is passionate about children receiving the basic life-saving skill of swimming and also exposing as many children as possible to the sport so that they may discover the lifelong benefits that come with being part of a local competitive swim community.

Jill lives in Ridgefield CT with her husband Jeff and they have 4 sons.
