Here's a concession stand shopping list per 15-20 athletes.

Cereal

  • Instant Oatmeal, 8-10 ct
  • Low Fat Granola, 12-16 small boxes
Bagels/Whole Grain Bread/Spreads
  • Whole Grain and Plain Bagels, 12 ct
  • Natural Peanut/Almond Butter, 12 ct individual cups/packets - To account for common nut/peanut allergies
  • Honey, local, 8 ct small packet
  • Fruit Spread, 10-12 ct small invidual packets
Fruit/Vegetables
  • Bananas (+ green ones… these ripen fast!), 6-8 bunches (4-5 green-er)
  • Apples (gala), 12 ct
  • Seasonal Fruit (berries, oranges, etc), 12 ct servings (plastic cups/bags)
  • Veggie Cups, 8-10 ct
Beverages
  • Fruit Smoothies (Drink Chobani®), 6-8 ct 10 fl oz
  • Low-Fat Chocolate Milk, 16-18 ct 12 fl oz boxes
  • If your swimmer has allergies look for a dairy-free alternative
  • Sport Drink (20 fl oz bottles), 24 ct case
Cold Protein Snacks
  • Chobani® Greek Yogurt, (5.3 oz cups)
  • Lean Beef/Turkey Jerky, 6 ct sticks
  • Bonk Breaker Bars (reg and high protein), 10-12 ct
  • Tuna packets
Snacks
  • Granola/Trail-Mix Bars, 16 ct
  • Almonds/Walnuts (salted, individual bags), 12 ct 
  • Dried Fruit (individual boxes/bags), 6-8 ct
  • Pretzels (individual serving bags), 10 ct   
  • Hummus cups (individual), 4-6 ct
