2022 Junior Pan Pacs: What You Need to Know and How to Watch


2022 Junior Pan Pacs


Emerging talents from more than a half-dozen countries will be on display this week at the 2022 Junior Pan Pacific Championships in Honolulu, Hawaii. The U.S. will be represented by 40 athletes

Headlining the U.S. roster will be reigning 18&Under National Champions Erin Gemmell (Nation's Capital), Rex Maurer (Rose Bowl Aquatics) Cavan Gormsen (Long Island Aquatic Club) and Ben Delmar (SwimMAC Carolina). The event serves as the marquee junior international event on the 2022 calendar for the U.S., and will see 11 female and seven male athletes from the U.S. National Junior Team take the blocks. The list of current U.S. National Team members to compete at a Junior Pan Pacific Championships includes Michael Andrew, Olivia Smoliga, Alex Walsh and others. 

Competition will take place August 24-27 with prelims at 3 p.m. ET and finals at 11 p.m. ET.
