USA Swimming Announces Additions to the 2023-24 U.S. National Team Roster Presented by Toyota

USA Swimming, the National Governing Body of the sport of swimming in the United States, today announced three additions to its 2023-24 U.S. National Team presented by Toyota.

David Curtiss (Yardley, Pa./Wolfpack Elite), Paige Madden (Mobile, Ala./New York Athletic Club), and Rachel Stege (Naperville, Ill./Athens Bulldog Swim Club) join the 2023-24 National Team following their performances at the 2023 Pan American Games in the following events: 

David Curtiss - 50m Freestyle 
Paige Madden - 400m Freestyle, 800m Freestyle 
Rachel Stege - 800m Freestyle, 1500m Freestyle 

The National Team roster now includes 97 total athletes. With an average age under 22, the roster features 28 athletes making their debut roster appearance on the USA Swimming National Team. 

The U.S. National Team includes the six (6) athletes with the fastest times in each Individual Olympic Event, from the combined results of a USA Swimming-sanctioned competition, an AQUA-approved competition, or an international competition between January 1, 2023, through September 9, 2023, to which USA Swimming sent a team.
